Exciting news from Ymmunobio and our collaborators at the University Clinic Essen, Germany: we’ve published new work establishing NPTXR as a novel tumor‑associated antigen and demonstrating the therapeutic potential of YB‑800–based antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) in preclinical tumor models.
In this Cancer Cell International study, we show that YB‑800, a first‑in‑class humanized monoclonal antibody against NPTXR, binds selectively to tumor cells, undergoes efficient internalization, and enables potent, tumor‑targeted ADC activity in gastrointestinal and other solid tumor indications where NPTXR is overexpressed.
This work further validates NPTXR as a promising target for next‑generation ADCs and underpins our ongoing efforts to translate this biology into clinical candidates.
