Excited to share our e-poster at ESMO 2026! 🎯
We’re presenting data on YB-811, a novel dual-payload antibody-drug conjugate targeting the neuronal pentraxin receptor (NPTXR). NPTXR is strongly over-expressed on the surface of tumor cells across many solid tumors, yet absent from healthy tissue.
YB-811 combines MMAF (non-cleavable linker) and exatecan (cleavable linker) on a single antibody. At well-tolerated weekly doses, it drove tumor regression in bladder and pancreatic PDX models. Residual tissue showed near-complete loss of NPTXR staining and virtually no viable tumor cells, which points to deep, on-target eradication.
Many thanks to our collaborators at the University Hospital Essen and Inovotion. Please review the e-poster or get in touch if you’d like to discuss.
